Information we collect: 

• information is collected when you order from With love, Vikki, this will be your email, phone number and address if you have selected delivery. 

This information is only used to send your order, I do not use it after your order has been fulfilled. If you don’t wish for us to email you with updates, sale notifications etc.  please let me  know and you’ll be removed from the email list.

. Your banking details are not seen or stored by this site as the transaction is between you and your bank. 

POSTAGE, PACKAGING AND RETURNS

Postage & Packaging

To make my charges as simple as possible there is one single P&P charge of £4.19 regardless of how much you order which is Royal Mail 48 service or courier service . Currently I am only shipping within the UK. 

My aim is to post your order either that day or the next, always aiming to keep within 3- 5 working days, subject to stock availability. I will contacted via email or text if there is any change on this. If for any reason you do not receive your order after 7 working days please contact me vikkibetty@icloud.com 

I pride myself in making your order extra special for you with the packaging, however I try and reuse any boxes and packaging that I receive to be more eco conscious. You might notice the wee “ I may be ugly box” stamp on packaging. There will always be With love, Vikki touches to the packaging though! 

Returns 

I truly hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, you can return to me within 14 working days of receipt for replacement or full refund . All items must be returned to me in the condition they were sent to you, clearly unused and in their original packaging.

For all returns you are required to arrange and pay for the return postage costs. Please contact me on the above email address to initiate a return & clearly state why you wish to return your item and the returns address will be given.

Unfortunately I can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit, so ask that you obtain proof of postage when making your return. Please return within 3 days of initiation.

Where goods are faulty please contact me on the above email. Please report any damages within 24 hours of receipt as we cannot be held responsible after this point. I will endeavour to replace any faulty item subject to availability immediately at no cost to yourself. 

Imperfect Items

Where goods are listed as imperfect please read this carefully. These items are discounted heavily & therefore non refundable.
